For color services, balayage, smoothing treatments, hair extensions, and other longer appointments, we strongly recommend booking in advance, as same-week availability, especially on weekends, is often limited.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

For longer services such as keratin treatments, highlights, and balayage, a $100 deposit is required. The deposit is charged when the appointment is booked and applied toward your final balance at checkout. Reschedules and cancellations can be made up to 24 hours in advance. If you reschedule before that window, your deposit is automatically transferred to the new appointment. If you are unable to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. After this period, the deposit is forfeited.
