Owners
Juliana and Fernanda are both Brazilian, and they built Blend around a simple idea: that a salon should feel like somewhere you are known, not somewhere you are processed.
They hire for it too. Most of the team has been here for years, several since the salon opened, and nearly everyone speaks more than one language.
